Leadership competencies learning must be leveraged by giving urgent attention to the development of BIGGER MINDS AND HEARTS. The Being-Centric Leadership team training is an online leadership development program that is truly developmental and transformational in nature. Consist of 4 modules of online workshops (2.5 hours per workshop) for up to 10 leaders delivered by two facilitators.
The key to performing at full potential as a Good-to-Great team comes from the shifting and transforming of 5 team mindsets. Full Potential Team training consist of 3 modules of online workshops (3 hours per workshop) provided by two facilitators.
