Inside the Academy, where we put your incredible HUMAN POTENTIAL and CREATIVITY at the center, you will meet and network with students, coaches, facilitators, consultants and trainers who are all passionate seekers and knowledge carriers in the field of Human Potential development and self-realisation.

Our training and certification pathways are simultaneously personal journey of transformation, fmoments of deepening growth and evolution of their professionalism. This because we believe that only through continuous work on ourselves, in co-creation with others, can we grow, awaken and contribute to the development of the Human Potential in the lives and work of ourselves, those close to us and in the performance goals of our customers and their organisations. One becomes the change that one want to see happen.

The academy offers choices of routes that will suit and accompany you into the discovery, learning and practical use of Being At Full Potential tools and methodology. At the same time, we will help you to progress and express your full potential as a coach and competency in the Human Potential assessment tools and methodology.

By participating in our certification pathways, you will enter our local and international coaching community of consultants and facilitators for the development of the human potential. In this community you will find contents, material, practices and insights, but above all a network of people who they share your passion and your values, ready to share and co-create together to achieve our vision for humanity: “Every Human, Being at Full Potential.”

THE FIRST STEP - HP CERTIFICATION AT INDIVIDUAL OR ONE-ON-ONE LEVEL (Certified Being at Full Potential Individual Coach)

Introductory path to access the Being at Full Potential assessment tool, methodology and processes.

MODULES AND PROGRAM

The program is divided into 3 modules distributed on a total of 10 weeks.

Module 1: I recognize my potential

The path begins with an evaluation of yours human potential followed by a session individual coaching to define the areas on which bring your attention to reach your full potential.

Reflection: How much and how I am expressing human human potential?

Module 2: I draw my path

1-day workshop (online or on location) where you will do direct experience of the methodology and of the Being At Full Potential tools for drawing your professional growth path.

Reflection: How can I achieve my uniqueness developing my human potential?

Module 3: I express myself as HP Coach

Four weeks dedicated to the deepening of the human potential assessment tool, to explore and practice the use of the potential through peer coaching and observed practice and self-discovery. This module has four 90-minute online group coaching meetings weekly, four coaching sessions peer sharing of information material and exercises to develop your own uniqueness within the methodology.

Who is it for?

  • For agents of change in every context: within organizations, in communities, in the schoo and in government agenciesl. To all those who believe that access higher levels of human potential is the key to creating a more stimulating world and motivating and want to do something for support its development.
  • To coaches, mentors and consultants who hear the need to bring more rigor and capacity for action in working on the human potential they perform with their customers in the context of our shared humanity and our innate creative potential.

  • 1-day “Being Leader II” workshop where you will do direct experience of the methodology and of the Being At Full Potential tools for drawing your inner leader growth path.
  • Discover and learn what your inner leader potential map and journey looks like, where you are currently, the next stage of your inner leaders growth and where it could be in future.

Module 3: I express myself as HP Coach

Three weekly hourly coaching sessions dedicated to the deepening of your leadership practice and the application of the human potential assessment tool – “Be the Being Leader you want to see in the world.”

Reflection: In what form can I bring my unique contribution to the development of Being Leader in my work as a HP leadership coach?

Who is it for?

At the end of this growth path and training, you will be able to make the best use of it Human Potential Leadership Assessment for help your customers develop their full potential of their leadership.

In order to access this HP Being Leader coaching path, you must have completed the certification program as a Human Potential coach at individual or one-on-one level (as a perquisite).

NEXT POSSIBLE STEP - HP CERTIFIED TEAM FACILITATOR TRAINING COACH (Certified Being at Full Potential Team training facilitator)

The HP TEAM FACILITATION TRAINING is designed to equip you as a facilitator with everything you need to support teams in unleashing their FULL Human Potential and to get you intimately connected to the framework of the Five Team measures that enable teams to thrive in this process of growth and transformation.

Teams are the ‘molecular units’ of any organization – usually consisting of anything between 2  to 20 persons – where people work together around a common task, where innovative ideas are conceived and tested and bottom-line results are achieved. Any company, any organization is composed of teams. Things happen within teams and between teams.

Bringing a TEAM to unfold its FULL Potential is a key success factor in any organization, small or big. And it is also a challenge. What we found missing was a way of measuring the decisive factors that enable a team to move from average/good to great and a framework to support that.

This is why we created the FULL Potential TEAM assessment to measure what we consider are the 5 levers or mindsets that characterize a FULL Potential Team. Getting awareness on and committing to consistently invest in these 5 TEAM measures will make a huge difference in the ability of any team to show up in its FULL Potential.

ANOTHER POSSIBLE STEP - HP CERTIFIED ORGANISATION FACILITATOR TRAINING (Certified Being at Full Potential organizational facilitator)

In this intense two-and-a-half-day workshop you will have access to a powerful suite of tools and methodologies person-centered to help organizations develop a new paradigm that allows them to unlock their full potential and achieve new levels of performance. At the workshop, we will start together from the world of doing that we know well, to explore the depth of being. From this place, we can ask better questions, see new opportunities and learn in exponentially. Only then will the task of expanding personal transformation into collective transformation becomes not only easier to accomplish, but also more fun!

MODULES AND PROGRAM

Module: Facilitating Change

  • 2.5-day workshop in presence where you will do direct experience of the methodology and of the Being At Full Potential tools for development of the full human potential of an organization. In particular, we will practice direct at 6 measures of an organization's performance, the value of the maturity index of a company and of how to help the organization draw the own project of growth and change.

Reflection: What unique contribution and transformations can I bring to an organisation or groups in that organisation that wants to express its full potential?

Who is it for?

  •  To external coaches or consultants engaged in development of human potential within organizations
  • To internal coaches / change agents who want to create a more conscious culture in the own organization
  • A Human Potential Coach they want acquire the tools to facilitate the change and transformation in the organizations.

What I will be able to do (and not do) at the end of the route?

At the end of the workshop you will be able to use e analyze the Human Potential Organization Assessment, you will have acquired the tools for designing transformation projects using the our methodology for growth and change in 7 steps (Organisational or Culture Development ).
